For quite some time, I have wanted to start my own website. I have finally put together www.allanfee.com.  It’s a place for me to blog about the people I have met and the many experiences I am afforded based on my work. To me, it’s one great big scrapbook of my world on the internet.  It has become a great hobby for me and a chance to reflect on all that I get to see and do.

JASON MRAZ played LAKEWOOD CIVIC AUDITORIUM this week.  Several listeners joined us backstage, including my daughter GABBY who had a chance to chat with JASON…

It’s always fun to take GABBY to see a show or take her behind-the-scenes of what I do.  At 9, she already has a great appreciation for music. I try to take her as much as I can in hopes that she will have an even greater appreciation for the music and the artists.  Ya never know what an opportunity like this will inspire. My hope is that music will always be a big part of her life in some way.

SANDRA LEE from The FOOD NETWORK stopped by Monday morning to talk about her appearance at JOSEPH BETH BOOKSELLERS at LEGACY VILLAGE today.  She’ll be there from 2pm - 3:30pm and 7 - 8:30pm. She has three new cookbooks out; SEMIN-HOMEMADE MONEY SAVING MEALS, SEMI-HOMEMADE FAST FIX FAMILY FAVORITES AND SEMI-HOMEMADE DESSERTS 2.   

Comedian LARRY MILLER stopped by the show Friday morning.  He is performing tonight and tomorrow night at HILARITIES at PICKWICK AND FROLIC.  Along with his stand-up, he has been in PRETTY WOMAN and THE NUTTY PROFESSOR and many TV appearances including SEINFELD, LAW AND ORDER, BOSTON LEGAL and many others. 

Channel 5 stopped by the show Thursday morning to do a couple of live shots from our studio.  Not only did I get my own fancy graphic……

….I also got to be “split-screen guy with the anchors”…..I threw in the “ear-piece move” to make the on-air appearance look more professional and look official.   

Despite the obvious distraction of the TV camera and bright lights in the studio, it’s always fun to do the live shots in the morning during the show.  Giving our listeners a glimpse behind-the-scenes of the show and talking to the anchors on live television is a blast!
